OverviewThe Kaijo Hi Megasonic Series High Frequency Ultrasonic Cleaning Modules are precision cleaning modules developed for the unique requirements of the semiconductor, FDP, hard disc, and crystal industries. The Hi Megasonic Series unitlizes high frequencies to remove particles to less than 45 nm. This series operates at 950 kHz; this short wavelength promotes submicron particle removal by accelerating water molecules to greater than 2x105 G. The 950 kHz high frequency system eliminates the risk of damage due to cavitation.
