OverviewThe Edwards Correctional Institution Remote Speaker Station with Call-In Switch consists of a horn-type, water and flame-resistant speaker/microphone and a momentary call-in switch. The station operates as both microphone and speaker to provide two-way voice communication with a master station. Pressing the momentary switch permits the remote station to signal a call to the master station. The speaker/microphone and the momentary call-in switch are mounted to a heavy-gauge stainless steel faceplate which mounts to a backbox. The Model 4A1470 station is flushmounted from the front. Model 4A1472 is surface mounted. All mounting hardware is tamperproof.
