DescriptionDFI-IToX G-ITOX3 Industrial CPU Board. The G-ITOX3 motherboard offers industrial users the advanced processing power of Intel’s latest Pentium III processors in the FCPGA package (Socket 370). It can also use the economical Socket 370 Intel Celeron processors. Both Processors are part of Intel’s embedded division’s long life products list. GITOX3 features the Intel 440BX chipset and the Intel 69000 video controller on an industry standard ATX format motherboard. The on-board graphics accelerator eliminates the need to dedicate an expansion slot to the video function. It can accept up to six full-length ISA cards and a total of seven cards. Bent-over connectors and tall components are placed off to the side to enable easy installation of long cards. The board’s industrial design also features oversize heat sinks, heavy-duty tantalum capacitors, a watchdog timer, and on-board monitoring of the temperature and power supply voltages. In addition, a DiskOnChip socket is available for applications without hard drives. One of the most important features of the G-ITOX3 is that it is produced under strict revision-control guidelines to provide a long and stable product life cycle. It is ideal for computer telephony, industrial control, medical instrumentation and other application environments where extensive testing or certification of the system is required. ITOX revision-controlled motherboards reduce your long-term costs for system testing, certification and maintenance.
