Request a repair from Green Eagle Logistics

Tell Green Eagle Logistics what needs repairing. They will review your request and come back to you — submitting this form does not authorise any work and costs you nothing.

Helpful if the unit is still under a supplier warranty.

Who to contact

A repair often needs more than one person — someone technical to answer questions about the unit, someone to handle billing. Add everyone we may need to speak to.

One person is the main contact. They receive the secure link for this request, and they are the only one who can approve the repair and its cost. Anyone else you add can be kept informed by email, but cannot approve anything on your behalf.

What needs repairing

An evaluation fee may apply. Green Eagle Logistics decides that when they review your request, and will tell you the amount before anything is charged or any work begins. You can walk away at that point at no cost.

One unit per entry. If you are sending several units with the same part number, add a separate entry for each one. Each is evaluated, quoted and returned individually, and the serial number is how we tell them apart.

Unit 1

The three below are optional, but the more you can give us the better the evaluation — they are usually printed on the unit's nameplate.

At least one, up to 5. JPG, PNG or HEIC, 10 MB each.
Photograph the nameplate and any inscriptions on the unit. That is where the part, model, revision and serial numbers are printed, and it lets the evaluator confirm the unit is what the paperwork says before any work starts. A clear, close shot of the plate is worth more than a photo of the whole machine.

Up to 10 units on one request.
