DescriptionThe HD157102NP is a Bluetooth V1.2 spec. compliant RF Transceiver LSI which adopts Low-IF single conversion for RX and direct VCO modulation for TX, on a 0.35µm BiCMOS SOI process to realize a very small die size and low power consumption. The HD157102NP can supply the system clock at 26 MHz, given by a crystal, to the SH7630 or SH7660 so that the total cost of the system configuration can be minimized. RF Transceiver with 2.4GHz VCO/2.4GHz Single PLL. 2.7 to 3.0 Vcc. Input sensitivity: -85 dBm (Typ) Output:+4dBm
