OverviewThe N32G020 IC uses a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 processor with a frequency of up to 80 MHz. It integrates up to 256K Flash, 20K SRAM, 1K Retention RAM and up to 30 GPIOs on boards. Furthermore, it integrates a 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC, 10-bit DAC, analog comparator, RTC real-time clock, and external communication devices for PWM multi-channel, USB2.0 (full speed) device, multi-channel SPI, UART, I2C and ISO7816, and 2-channel 3.3V LDO output. In addition, the chip was built-in international standard compliant encryption algorithm-based hardware acceleration engines to provide high performance DES/3DES, AES, SHA, RSA and ECC algorithms and various power consumption modes, with a minimum power consumption of 0.2uA.
