Key FeaturesAuto Boot Capability. Compatible with standard floppy disk drive's format. Much Faster than mechanical drives. Occupies only 64K bytes of system address space. 2 Independently configurable memory banks. Each bank supports six 32-pin IC sockets for SRAM, EPROM, and Flash RAM memory. Each bank can be configured as drive A, B, C, or D in 320KB,360KB, 720KB,1.2MB, 1.44MB, or 2.88MB formats. Each bank accommodates up to a maximum of 2.88MB storage space. Two banks can be configured as a single drive. Supports +5V ATMEL and AMD Flash (it can be formatted and copied to using normal DOS commands. No Utility needed.). Data in memory bank is protected from illegal access from hardware. Bad sector detection while formatting. Dual Battery backup system- Rechargeable battery on-board (170 mA/hr.)- Connector for an external battery available. Utility software included.
