DescriptionLabcorp 550913 Diagnostic Test, Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV), DNA Probe, Specimen: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue biopsy. Tissue biopsies should be fixed in 10% neutral-buffered formalin and embedded in paraffin within 72 hours. Do not submit frozen tissue or substitute other fixatives. For tissues submitted in formalin, please provide the appropriate gross/microscopic description indicating the number, type, and sites of the tissue submitted.
