OverviewThe KT 200 Kjeltec is a convenient and safe distillation unit for rapid steam distillation. Many other distillations can be performed efficiently with the KT 200. These include sulfur dioxide, cyanide, phenol, alkaline direct distillation, and alcohol.
Convenient operationsKT 200 Kjeltec provides a simple and reliable solution for safe and semi-automated distillations. The addition of an alkali and the time interval for distillation can be pre-programmed for consistent results independent of the operator.
Improving safety in the laboratoryA high accuracy bellow pump for accurate reagent dispensing provides long-term stability in the delivery of the alkali. Ensure safe operations with patented SAfE feature for safe distillation of samples that form salt cakes. Additional safety features include a safety door, plus level pins and overpressure sensors for the steam generator.
