The function to adjust the cut depth is installed, so a high quality processing, which could not be obtained by the full cut with the standard specification, is realized.This DFD6360 is a fully automatic dicing saw which performs its operations as follows: automatically unloads workpieces up to 300 mm of diameter from a open cassette (or FOUP); executes the orientation flat/notch alignment of a workpiece; transfers it to the chuck table; performs alignment automatically; cleans and dries the workpiece at the spinner section after cutting it; and unloads to the same open cassette (or FOUP).
