This service is performed in one (1) day instances with multiple instances permitted. This service may only be utilized for a period of six (6) months from the ratification of a new Alcatel Business Partner agreement with the requesting business partner or six (6) months from the introduction of the product(s) into the Alcatel product portfolio for which mentoring is required.
