This service provides Alcatel Professional Services on-site support between the hours of 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM (local time) Monday through Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday and national holidays for customer that do not maintain an Alcatel support agreement. A minimum of eight (8) consecutive hours per day is required. NOTE: This service may only be purchased by customers requiring services outside of Alcatel's standard installation and /or troubleshooting offering.
