This service provides to Alcatel Business Partners Alcatel Professional Services on-site at a business partners customer location within twenty-four (24) hours in the event of severity one (1) or two (2) Alcatel technical assistance center (TAC) cases at respective business partner customer locations. A maximum of six (6) responses per calendar year from the date of purchase are permitted. Each response will not exceed the duration of time to stabilize the network or three (3) consecutive days, whichever is less.
