This service provides installation of the first wired chassis-based unit at a single customer campus location during normal business hours (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time). Cabling is not included in this service pack except cabling between switches and cabling from switch to Main Distribution Frame. Network Design is not included in this service pack. This service includes a maximum of eight (8) consecutive hours of installation time and a maximum of four (4) consecutive hours of post-installation monitoring time the next consecutive day after the installation.
